Hi Pascal, I wish we could, but the cost of shipping outside the US is really expensive (including Canada), and we've explored every option. Just yesterday we shipped an international order ($69.95) to Germany and the shipping cost us $56! So once you deduct our warehouse costs, shipping costs, credit card fees, our profit was $6. Now you can see why we have priced the final book sale the way we have for international orders and why we're not doing any more printed books of the current editions. Consider now that it costs between $30-100K to publish each book and you quickly see it's not a particularity profitable endeavor.

Good prices but it will be cool to have prices range related to each country for shipping. (40$ for shipping to Canada seem to be a little bit expensive)

@Jon, there is no discount code, but you do need to make sure on the product page you select your country from the drop down to show US pricing.
