Thanks Maya ! I used the grow Ivy plugin from guruware, wich is very good but produces quit heavy meshes when you want some density. When I was happy with the result I made a VRay mesh to work with a lighter scene. It's also a bit time consuming on the rendering process but considering the amount of detail it brings to an image, I guess it's fair. Thanks Daniel !
