nice image, how was the lighting made? and the external image was put in photoshop?

i'm using area light for all windows and also behind camera to have additional ray for minimum noise as possible. you could use portal light in modo but it very expensive due to rendering time. I use photoshop for adjust tone and contrast and add background image
