Better than the first image. The grass is still distracting, but less so. Also, why are the sconce lights on during the daytime? They would have to be very bright indeed to show up like the are on a sunny afternoon. Try adding some furniture on the patio, perhaps with a nice colorful umbrella to break up the scene a bit.
