Not bad. I can see the attraction in this image. In essence it has some atmosphere, and I quite like quirky shots like this. The composition needs a bit more conscious effort though, I believe. (Example: simply cropping the left side may balance things significantly, But) the remaining lines in the image still don't make a coherent composition to me. The colour palette is nice enough, but the light and shade elements are a bit random (in an not aesthetically pleasing way); The dark window and gutters/downpipe pull the eye to the top right for no apparent reason.
