I agree (again :)) with Neil. Sometimes less is more. It would be a lovely image if you got rid of the lens effects and used less blur.

use screen instead of overlay for blending the blur layer.

thanks for the comment,i was still experementing PS on this one i may have added too much gaussian blur.practicing some light effects.thanks !

Lose the lens effects, and sharpen image. Too blurry for me.
