One to One Hundred were engaged to create a render set for marketing which showcases this special project on Kohimarama Beach in Auckland. Featuring just three luxury residences - each on its own floor - Beachhouse was designed by renowned Cheshire Architects.
Each level has a unique but cohesive design with the vision or providing "immersion in an extraordinary coastal setting, balanced with a rich sense of home". We believe our renders perfectly capture this spirit of understated luxury expressed through considered texture and detail. The set features both wide angle and vignette renders to document the incredible design.
