I think your image lack of atmosphere compare to Evermotion. The interior lights seem odd and the environment such as sand, grass, water and rocks need a lot of work!

The work was created for the competition, the idea was to create a render that managed to capture the attention of observer, a simple architecture like Tadao Ando, I think his philosophy can also be applied to archviz, do more with less, not a heavy image, is lightweight and can fully appreciate the architectural work, I had some difficulties achieving realistic sand and a sea without using post production, my intention is to get good images only with 3ds Max Design and V-ray.
