I'm no expert. However I do tend to agree with the above comment.
The sky and the garden are good fo me. What looks wrong is the people. They appear far to big or placed in a way they look to big against the building. The water is wrong. It looks like a backyard swimming pool. It needs to be more natural even if you can swim in it.
I like the general atmosphere you have created. It has a nics feel.
