3D Animation, 3D Visualization, Design Development, and Luxury Real Estate
gmsvision was hired in 2017 to make the first 3D model of the Blue Elements complex in Mallorca. The project stood out from the outset due to its superior architecture, fantastic location, and exceptional quality. Following multiple design modifications, the project's sales phase formally began in 2025, with a new, improved look and visuals.
Blue Elements features elegant, modern architecture inspired by Mediterranean style, complete with clean lines and open spaces. The complex, located on a hillside near Port d'Andratx, has stunning sea views that make it genuinely unique and striking.
3D animation brought the project to life.
To assist in marketing Blue Elements, we created a detailed 3D animation of the architecture, surrounding terrain, lighting, and overall vibe. The animation, built primarily for a worldwide luxury audience, emphasizes materials and spatial features to elicit an emotional response from viewers.
