We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Modeler with an architectural visualisation background to join our team and contribute to a wide range of local and international projects. As a 3D Modeller you will work within our team to produce highly detailed interior and exterior 3D models from architectural documentation. Your work will help bring creative visions to life.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of architecture, exterior and interior design and landscapes.
• Very high attention to overall detail, and design specific detailing.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and schedules.
• Very High level of proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Strong skills in all facets of 3D hard and soft surface modelling.
• Highly organised and ordered modelling and scene management skills.
• Ability to use and develop rail clone geometry a huge advantage.
• Experience in importing & processing different 3D file formats, Revit, sketchup, OBJ, FBX.
• Great communication and team work skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Arch Viz industry
