The Head of CGi Production for VISUALHOUSE is a senior role operating the Accounts, Project Management, and CG Production Teams, ensuring the department's finances and targets are on track as well as managing the CG production output. The role will report directly to the CEO and Project Director on a daily basis. The role involves both Client and Account development, with a big focus on output, processes and Quality control. The Head of CGi Production primary focus will be on technical delivery of complex projects to fixed deadlines, however a significant part of the role is ensuring team development and delivery is to the highest level. This role is located in our London studio, Full time.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that the VISUALHOUSE Department meets its key production quality and budget targets
Ensuring client satisfaction is of the highest priority
Regular travel for meetings, pitches, and presentations
Directing the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style, and other elements support strategic business, marketing, and brand position goals of VISUALHOUSE
Ensuring that VISUALHOUSE’s high quality of CG production is grown and upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team
Delivering strategic communication project solutions that help clients attain their marketing and communications objectives

Qualifications
7+ years experience working in Architecture Visualization or Architecture firms as a Director of CG, Art Director, Senior Artist or similar leadership roles
Strong background in Client and Project management
Strong post production experience
Creative thinker with a strong technical background
Experience with 3ds Max, Vray, Corona, Photoshop, Premiere and Unreal.
Excellent leadership and team management skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Experience in budget management and financial oversight
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in architecture visualization and design
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
