- 3D Design:
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max for presentations, proposals, and client approvals.
- Develop photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs to showcase the design vision.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from clients into 3D visualizations and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Assist in the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes for the designs and ensure proper integration into the overall space.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate design concepts into the project.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their vision and needs.
- Provide ongoing support during the execution phase to ensure the design is being implemented accurately.
- Technical and Software Proficiency:
- Utilize 3ds Max and Corona to create high-quality design documentation and visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, trends, and technologies to enhance the design process.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all designs, adhering to project deadlines.
