I'm a 3D cgi artist servicing mainly the archviz industry, but sometimes I dabble in nftart. I love it.
It allows me to break away from time to time and focus on techniques, processes, and problems I otherwise wouldn't come across in the archviz industry. It allows me to be a little selfish and bring in ideas and personal interests like design, animation, or history in the context of evocative image-making that I have complete control over. Often times, there isn't really too much planning, but an end-product grows organically out of just producing and testing - it's my playground.
I'd like to showcase this more recently completed FULL 3D CGI project entitled Cosmodrift-World1 - which grew out of this more organic development cycle.
I had the opportunity to custom animate all the 3d plants, trees, waves, rings, and bursts of light. I tested some new terrain software, and developed some very complex terrain shaders.
The plan is to create 8 more of these environments so it reads as a collection of 9 single edition artworks. The pendulum-like camera movement, rings, and burst of light will be the common thread that doesn't change and in effect, synchronizes the collection.
If you find the still images interesting, be sure to check out the animations on my Instagram page.
Best,
