Models are made based on architecture documentation with a precision of 1cm. Modeling main buildings with roofs, elevations, windows, doors, balconies, barriers, LOD elements etc. Also modeling interiors, mainly floors and walls. Modeling surrounding area parts like playground, roads, parkings, walking paths, fence, walls, Modeled and textured in 3d program and then exported to Unity. Every model is Unity ready. Checking for holes, z-fighting, UVs, face orientations and most important - compatibility with architectural documents.
