Cadinza Residential Tower is a contemporary high-rise development located in the heart of Uganda, designed to offer an elevated urban living experience. Developed during my time at Red Designs Studio, the project blends modern aesthetics with functional residential planning, while respecting the surrounding architectural context.
The tower stands as a statement of vertical elegance, integrating landscaped terraces, rooftop amenities, and a vibrant podium level featuring leisure and communal spaces. Great attention was given to the interplay between architecture, greenery, and lifestyle.
This visualization set was created to communicate the full spatial narrative — from large-scale urban integration to detailed human-scale interactions. Key scenes include an aerial perspective showcasing the tower’s footprint within its neighborhood, a dramatic high-angle view of the structure itself, and a close-up of the luxurious pool deck.
