The prestigious building at Corso Indipendenza 16 is the result of a meticulous expansion project carried out by Milanese engineers Francesco Magni and Mario Rondoni between 1904 and 1906. Protected by the Superintendence of Fine Arts, it is at the centre of an important redevelopment project aimed at preserving all the charm of the era by bringing the splendid residences, the internal courtyard and the enchanting villa back to life.
