A House That Honors Its History
A one-of-a-kind home development in the middle of Norderstedt fuses contemporary design with classic elements. The design firmly embraces the architectural tradition of the region while providing a modern spin, with its classic thatched roof, brick façade, and obvious reference to rural residences in northern Germany.
Buildings That Are Both Firm and Airy
The home exudes an air of light and space thanks to its open floor plans, big windows, and smooth connections to the garden beyond the conventional exterior. With an eye toward improving daily life in harmony with nature, every aspect, from the strategically placed terraces to the organized landscaping, has been meticulously planned.
Bringing Ambience and Substance to Life
In the early stages of the design process, gmsvision brought the architectural vision to life by creating a realistic 3D exterior visualization. Customers, planners, and stakeholders are able to see the architectural vision brought to life through the representation, which depicts more than simply the structure but also the interplay of textures, light, and landscape.
The visualization, which served as a tool for decision-making and expectation-setting throughout the project's development, strikes a balance between realism and emotion, with details such as the thatched roof's gentle curves, the brickwork's fine grain, and the garden's warm lighting.
