125 Perry Street is the conversion of a historic parking structure located in the Greenwich Village in New York City. The structure will be transformed into 7 luxury units including 2 townhouse units, 1 two bedroom unit, 2 three bedroom units, and 2 penthouse units. The project architect is Leroy Street Studio, and the landscape architect is Harrison Green. A complete digital model of the building was created, allowing for the generation of a large content set including: a comprehensive 360 tour of the building and a select set of stills and animation.
