Our role as art directors was essential in defining the visual storytelling and communication strategy for this project. We proposed to MAB Arquitectura a clear, evocative narrative through a series of carefully crafted images.

In the main visual, we highlighted the strong connection between the park and the surrounding buildings. By studying the light and composition, we created a striking image where the buildings rise from the green landscape, with light and shadow defining the architectural volumes and enhancing the depth of the scene.

A second image focuses on the façade treatments through a photographic-style close-up. Here, light management played a key role in bringing out the textures and architectural details, using chiaroscuro effects to add dimension and atmosphere.

The final image offers a more emotional perspective, showing how terraces and outdoor spaces will be experienced by future residents. This view also reveals the panoramic outlook over the city, emphasizing the added value of these elevated, open-air living areas.
