The "Evening Gallery Visit" is an original concept in both the abstract Architectural subject, and surrounding landscape / composition.
My intention was to create a striking scene based on architectural photos and references, and to set up a scene that would force myself to develop new skillsets / explore new features within ŷAV and 3dsMax.
I used Blender3D to model the structure, scene, and 3D elements. Including using the sculping tools to shape the surrounding terrain, and build the core Architectural subject.
3dsMax, ŷAV, and Forest pack were used to populate the scene, and create a natural feeling forested marsh environment.
I'm fairly happy with how the final image turned out, although the darker mood wasn't originally intended. Much of my time was spent working from a more saturated "evening lighting" but shifted direction in post.
