The single-family house was designed for a family of four on a picturesque wooded plot. It was planned as a residence built entirely of concrete, with some stone and wood walls. The owner sought a material that would age gracefully in the forest environment and require minimal maintenance. The stone base was necessary, first to utilize local materials and second to respect the surroundings. The project aimed to work exclusively with natural materials, thus everything is designed with four main materials: exposed concrete, stone, wood, and travertine marble.
