Rietveld Schröder House has a special place in my heart. During my first year of Architecture university it was the building that we had to draw by hand. Plans, sections, perspective drawings even watercolor paintings. This was the moment I fell in love with architecture.
Historically Rietveld Schröder House is a true icon of Modernist architecture. Built in the 1920s it is a manifesto of the ideals of the "De Stijl" movement in the Netherslands.
The images were created a while ago but I thought that they are worth showing.
