Timeless Architecture in a Natural Environment
Completed in 2018, this boutique home building in Harlaching comprises ten unique apartments and an underground garage tucked inside a beautiful, tree-lined plot.
From the start, the concept aimed to combine elegant architectural lines with the calm of the surrounding nature, as evidenced by early-stage 3D visualizations.
Living With Light and Space
The 100-160 -m2 flats were created with an emphasis on openness, clarity, and natural materials. Generous living and dining areas flow easily, complemented by high-quality finishes and a constant sense of serenity.
The usage of vertical folding shade pieces is a unique design feature that adds functional comfort and visual rhythm to the building's fa莽ade.
Penthouse Living Among The Treetops
At the top of the structure, two rooftop flats with floor-to-ceiling glazing provide panoramic views of the surrounding flora. These light-filled places enrich ordinary life by providing a unique connection to both the sky and the landscape.

To aid with marketing and design development, gmsvision created a comprehensive set of high-end 3D exterior and interior renderings. The visualizations helped convey ambiance, arrangement, and materiality early in the design process, making the unbuilt architecture more tangible to future residents and stakeholders.
